We are honored to have you purchase a piece of art.  We want to make your experience an enjoyable one. 

• If you receive artwork that has been damaged in any way while shipping, contact us right away. 

             We will need photos of the packaging and the damage to the art so we can file a claim.

    You may choose a new piece of art of the same value or we can issue you a refund, minus shipping charges.

             We ask that you ship the art back to us and will provide you with a call tag.

• If you are simply unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 business days.

             You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as when you received it. You may reuse the packaging. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

             Once we receive the painting in perfect condition, we will refund, less the shipping charges. Or you can select another painting of equal or lesser value.

• If your painting is a custom commission there is no refund.  All sales of commissioned work is final. We provide updates to the painting progress prior to it being       

         shipped and ask at that time for approval to ship. All commission paintings require a non-refundable deposit.
